Our Board

The Board of Forest and Wood Products Australia is made up of highly qualified individuals with broad experience in the forest and wood products industry and related areas. The Board holds the skills and knowledge to ensure the organisation operates to generate the optimum return on funds invested by FWPA for the industry and broader community of Australia.

Forest and Wood Products Australia is governed by the Corporations Act 2001, the FWPA constitution and a Statutory Funding Agreement with the Australian Government. The constitution allows between five and nine directors, including one Executive Director and the Managing Director who is appointed by the Board.
