A picture paints a thousand words ... give your marketing channels a boost with FREE high-quality imagery

The FWPA Image Library - now known as ImageShare - has long supported the sector by providing free and convenient access to visuals, for the creation of impactful and eye-catching marketing materials.

Users will be pleased to learn that FWPA’s ImageShare library has recently undergone a bit of an upgrade, with improved user-friendliness thanks to better searchability through an increased number of tags and keywords, as well as featured albums that group photos under specific themes.

Industry members are also being invited to upload and share their own forestry and wood products photos, for use by the broader industry. This is not only a great way for to support your industry colleagues, but also to promote your businesses through striking imagery.

ImageShare offers a quality source of free imagery, which can be conveniently downloaded in high resolution for use in any kind of collateral, from presentations to websites, flyers, brochures, reports and more!

It’s such a great resource, particularly for FWPA members, stakeholders from across the forest and wood products supply chain, design and build specifiers committed to using wood, and the media.

Packed full of impactful professional photographs of wood, timber, forests, building projects and industry initiatives, members are encouraged to make the most of this helpful resource by registering to access ImageShare today.

Jason Ross, Marketing and Communications Officer at Responsible Wood, is a regular user of the library, and described how it came in handy during a recent project to upgrade their own company website.

“We wanted to make the site more user-friendly and visually appealing for stakeholders. The FWPA image library has the largest and most extensive collection of photos of Australian forests and timber species, so when it came to showcasing Australian forest management to the world, it was our first port of call!” said Jason Ross.

Anyone can apply for ImageShare access and request the use of its photos, with approvals given at FWPA's discretion.

If you, or the person in your organisation responsible for developing marketing collateral, are not already taking advantage of FWPA’s ImageShare library, what are you waiting for? You’ll improve the visual quality of your content overnight, and it won’t cost you a penny!
